Project Manager
Salary: $9,000 – $13,000 per month
COMPANY OVERVIEW
A well‑established technology services company delivering IT solutions, infrastructure support, and outsourced operational services. It works with clients across various sectors to enhance efficiency and strengthen digital capabilities.
This is a 6-month agency contract role (extendable/renewable)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
Coordinate with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Support project governance, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Manage vendors, project financials, and resource utilization.
Drive implementation and transformation initiatives across Corporate Banking domains
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
Atleast 7 years of Project/Program Management experience, within banking or financial environment.
Proven experience delivering technology, digital transformation, and corporate banking-related projects.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
Experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
Fluent in Mandarin to engage with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients.
Corporate Banking Domain such as:
o CASA (Current Account & Savings Account)
o Loans and Lending Products
o Treasury / Market Products
o Accounting and General Ledger
o Payments and Cash Management
· Regulatory Reporting, including:
o MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) reporting requirements
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
