Our client, a Japanese consulting company, is looking for a Project Manager.
Responsibilities
Lead financial system implementation and enhancement projects across Asia.
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and issues to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders, including business users, management, vendors, and regional teams.
Facilitate meetings, drive discussions, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and organizational standards.
Support project governance, reporting, and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably managing projects with multi-million budget.
Experience in financial services projects is preferred.
Basic understanding of the financial industry; knowledge of securities or capital markets is an advantage.
Understanding of Waterfall SDLC phases and key project deliverables.
Business-level English, Japanese language skills are an advantage but not required.
Willingness and ability to travel across Asia as required.
