Summary
Oversee large-scale construction and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring delivery of mixed-use, residential, and public-sector developments.

As a Project Manager, you will play an important role in overseeing project delivery, driving coordination across key stakeholders, and helping ensure programs are executed to a high standard across diverse environments.
In this role, you will lead major projects spanning a broad portfolio of developments and contribute to successful delivery through strong coordination, oversight, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely across project teams and partner organizations, supporting progress on complex initiatives within a fast-paced program environment.
Work locations may vary across Saudi Arabia based on business requirements.

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise major projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm sectors.
- Report directly to the Director of Programs Project Director and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 15 years of total work experience.
- At least 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience working with consultants and contractors.
- Saudi engineering registration.
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer.
- Experience delivering projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm sectors.
- Familiarity with PMO governance, project controls, risk management, and contract administration.
- PMP certification.
