Project Manager (Java)
This is a Business Analyst / Project Manager, IT role within Wealth Management, focused on delivering and enhancing securities, brokerage, and investment product platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business analysis, project delivery, stakeholder management, and hands-on technical capability, with the ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.
Key Profile Sought:
- 5+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Business Analysis, or Project Management within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Brokerage, Securities, Capital Markets, or Banking environments.
- Strong understanding of securities trading, brokerage operations, investment products, funds, bonds, and structured products.
- Proven experience gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, preparing BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and managing UAT activities.
- Ability to lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and implementation.
- Hands-on technical background with Java and related frameworks (Spring/Hibernate) is highly preferred, enabling effective collaboration with development teams and contribution to solution design.
- Strong communication skills with experience managing senior business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements impacting wealth and brokerage businesses.
