Project Manager
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop project execution plans, construction schedules, and work breakdown structures.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to obtain approvals and permits.
- Lead cross-functional project teams including engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
- Conduct regular progress and coordination meetings to ensure alignment of goals.
- Prepare project budgets and cost estimates in collaboration with QS teams.
- Monitor expenses, progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and change requests.
- Implement cost control measures and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project.
- Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
- Identify and resolve construction issues, risks, and conflicts that arise during the execution phase.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Monitor QA/QC procedures to maintain high construction standards.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented as needed.
- Track project progress against milestones and schedules.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Anticipate delays and proactively implement corrective actions to recover lost time.
- Ensure successful completion, final testing, commissioning, and handover of the project to the client.
