Project Manager
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead project team meetings and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor project schedules, progress claims, and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage procurement schedules, material delivery timelines, and variation orders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Review and validate M&E designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate M&E services with architectural and structural elements.
- Supervise installation works for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, etc.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with technical specifications and statutory requirements.
- Attend testing and commissioning of M&E systems and ensure documentation is properly recorded.
- Liaise with consultants, authorities, and relevant stakeholders on M&E matters.
