Job Summary

Support and manage workplace and commercial fit-out projects from planning to completion, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards across diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, scheduling, and reporting to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
• Coordinate tender and procurement activities to secure necessary resources and services
• Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and documentation to maintain control and transparency
• Lead stakeholder meetings and provide regular project updates to align expectations and resolve issues
• Support coordination of contractors and consultants to facilitate smooth project execution
• Deliver multiple concurrent projects across fit-outs, refurbishments, reinstatement, and operational environments
• Apply structured and organized approaches to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders to drive project success
• Adapt to dynamic project environments and operational challenges to maintain project momentum
• Utilize digital tools and project coordination platforms to enhance project governance and documentation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in project management, fit-out, construction, consultancy, or contractor environments
• Exposure to workplace, commercial office fit-out, refurbishment, or operational project environments
• Familiarity with stakeholder management, procurement, reporting, and contractor coordination activities
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in project delivery or built-environment sectors
