Oversee high-rise building projects in Singapore, coordinating with contractors and government agencies to ensure compliance and smooth project handover.
1. Have extensive experience in PSG projects involing high-rise buildings in Singapore.
2. Be responsible for the overall planning, progress and quality of the project, ensuring compliance with
therequirements.
3. Be responsible for coordinating with the owner, consultants, main-contractors, and other subcontractors, aswellas attending relevant technical meetings and coordination meetings.
4. Be familiar with the regulations and requirements of Singapore's PUB and CITY GAS.If necessary, need to communicate and coordinate with the government authorities.6. Be familiar with the project handover process. After the project is completed, be responsible for guiding
