Project Manager
Summary
Oversee high-rise building projects in Singapore, coordinating contractors, consultants, and government agencies to ensure compliance with PUB and CITY GAS regulations and smooth project handover.
1. Have extensive experience in PSG projects involing high-rise buildings in Singapore.
2. Be responsible for the overall planning, progress and quality of the project, ensuring compliance with therequirements.
3. Be responsible for coordinating with the owner, consultants, main-contractors, and other subcontractors, as wellas attending relevant technical meetings and coordination meetings.
4. Be familiar with the regulations and requirements of Singapore's PUB and CITY GAS.
5. Be familiar with the submission and inspection procedures of government authorities such as PUB and CITY GAS.
If necessary, need to communicate and coordinate with the government authorities.
6. Be familiar with the project handover process. After the project is completed, be responsible for guiding theproject handover.
