📌 Key Responsibilities:



  • Own B2B client relationships — act as the main point of contact, manage day-to-day communication, expectations, and escalations.
  • Drive client delivery end-to-end — translate client needs into internal actions and coordinate execution across internal teams from request to delivery.
  • Coordinate internal cross-functional initiatives — manage scope, ownership, timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure initiatives are delivered.
  • Own account financial operations — coordinate invoicing and track account revenue, costs, and P&L performance.
  • Support account growth — understand client needs, identify opportunities for improvement or expansion, and bring relevant opportunities to internal stakeholders.



📌 Required skills:

  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills, including expectation management and handling escalations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams.
  • Strong ownership and accountability — able to drive topics to completion across teams without direct authority.
  • Solid project management fundamentals — planning, prioritization, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery tracking.
  • Good commercial and financial understanding, including invoicing, revenue/cost tracking, and basic account P&L.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into clear requirements and actions for internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
