Project Manager (Junior Level) - IT Division
About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager to manage and deliver multiple projects end-to-end, working closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key responsibilities
Manage projects from initiation to closure
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
Monitor project progress, risks, and issues
Manage change requests and stakeholder expectations
Prepare regular project status reports
Ensure quality standards and smooth project handover
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field
3–5 years experience in project management or related roles
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Familiar with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project)
Experience handling client-facing projects (preferred)
PMP / PRINCE2 certification or currently pursuing (preferred)
Experience in Industry: IT / marketing / digital / consulting (preferred)
