KDC Projects Project Manager
Overview
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for all
future and current projects. The Technical Project Manager will have a proven track record of
managing multiple engineering projects of varying value and complexity within the aerospace
defence sectors.
Key Responsibilities
•Project team coordination (direct and indirect).
•Commercial performance overview, monitoring project budget status against percentage. Completion and reporting potential issues through the Operations reporting process.
•Risk, dependency and change management for customer workstream.
•Project planning and status reporting, including resource allocation.
•Working with the Operations Manager / Directorto ensure projects are completed within budget, in line with the allocated timeframe and expected quality standards.
•Review and maintain project documentation including Bid Reviews, Proposals, Contract
•Reviews, Meeting Minutes and Delivery Acceptance Notes.
•Provision of Weekly Reporting metrics.
•Conducting project close out reviews, ensuring lessons learned are captured and fed back into the team for future learning.
•Providing PM guidance to Project Administrators as necessary.
•Prepare information for and subsequently attend Client meetings as necessary (CRM/PRM/QBR).
•Support in managing/driving the continual improvement of Projects processes and procedures.
•Attending client meetings as necessary
•Providing advice on the management of projects, as well as executing PM activities
•Budget management and PO processing
•Providing operational support to the Operations Manager as necessary
