Project Manager

Summary

The Project Manager will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and contractual standards. The role involves managing suppliers, sub-contractors, and project documentation while reporting progress to management.

Job Description & Requirements

Plan, execute, monitor and control project as per contractual, client and QEHS requirements.

· Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards.

· Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance in terms of QEHS, schedule and cost.

· Define clear roles & responsibilities, and deliverable requirements of team members.

· Monitor construction productivity and provide recommendations for improvement to works.

· Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation.

· Ensure that all project documentation including emails exchanges are maintained properly

· Report to management periodically on status of project in terms of QEHS, cost and schedule.

· Any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or equivalent

At least 5-10 years of experience in the field of project management

Possess all the necessary safety compliance certs (CSCPM, etc)

At least 5 years of experience in a main-contractor company involved in HDB BTO project
