Project Manager

At Koch Applied Solutions, we are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of our post-sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction through precise project management. This role is perfect for someone with HVAC/Boiler or Combined Cycle knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a drive to deliver excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Own the after-commitment process for all assigned orders- prepare the necessary documents for order entry, submittal generation, and approval to post sales assistance and support.
Track and manage projects, ensuring smooth execution and start-up scheduling
Coordinate with our Technical Support Advisors to assist with post-sales technical inquiries
Maintain organized and up-to-date project and submittal files
Provide outstanding customer service by proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Occasionally attend job site meetings to ensure project success
Assist with reporting, order tracking, and other key project tasks
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with submittals and HVAC/Boiler or Combined Cycle knowledge✔ Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred, but not required✔ Skills & Traits:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
