Project Manager (Korean Speaking)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage end-to-end software development projects for Korean clients
- Monitor project progress, quality, scope, timeline, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with Dev, QA, BA, and related stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
- Work directly with clients in meetings, reporting, and issue handling
- Participate in presale activities:
- Clarify requirements
- Estimate effort/cost
- Prepare proposals and delivery approaches
- Collaborate with Sales/BD teams to expand accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the delivery process improvement and project operation management.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Development/IT Outsourcing in PM role
- Experience working with international clients
- Strong skills in project management, stakeholder management, and risk management.
- Proficient in Korean communication
- Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and business-oriented thinking.
- PMP certificate
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in presale or solution discussions.
- Technical/development background.
- Experience working onsite or in customer-facing roles.
