Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, including internal team and customers
Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management
Define and prioritize product features and releases, ensuring timely delivery.
Monitor and analyze key product metrics to measure the success and impact of product releases
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the product team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, economics, or related field
At least 7 years’ work experience in information technology area
Good command in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Understand in technical knowledge on OS, web server, application server, database, and IBM AS400, data communication, system architecture, programming, project management, cloud, mobile technologies, and web technologies
Strong in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Excellent in analytical thinking, problem-solving skill, coordination skill, and leadership skill
