Manage structural steel construction projects in Singapore from planning through completion, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and site teams using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

esponsibilities

  • Manage structural steel projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
  • Oversee structural steel fabrication, delivery, erection and installation works.
  • Monitor project schedule, budget, manpower, materials and site progress.
  • Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
  • Ensure works meet quality, safety and contractual requirements.
  • Resolve technical and site issues and manage project risks and variations.
  • Lead project teams and manage project documentation, claims and handover activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in structural steel or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection and installation.
  • Good understanding of structural drawings, specifications and construction processes.
  • Strong project management, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to coordinate multiple parties and manage projects independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Singapore construction safety requirements is preferred.
