Project Manager - L3 (SRC-2026-0210)
Key Responsibilities:
* Adaptable Project Ownership & Delivery: Take full ownership of digital banking projects from ideation to launch. You will define project scope and goals while remaining highly
adaptable to sudden changes in requirements, priorities, and timelines.
* Continuous Process Improvement: Actively seek out and identify inefficiencies and process gaps within our project delivery lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams
to implement effective solutions and ensure these improvements are successfully applied to subsequent projects.
* Proactive Risk Management: This is your primary focus. You will actively identify, analyze, and anticipate potential project risks and bottlenecks before they happen. You'll develop and implement proactive strategies to mitigate these risks and keep
the project on track, even with
unexpected shifts.
* Budget and Resource Management: Create, track, and manage project budgets, ensuring all projects are completed within financial constraints. You will be responsible for cost control and effective allocation of project resources, adjusting quickly to changes.
* Team Leadership & Guidance: You will lead and guide cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and motivation to ensure
project milestones are met. Your ability to influence and inspire others will be key to helping supporting teams navigate an evolving
technical environment.
* Logical Problem-Solving: Use strong logical reasoning to break down complex problems, untangle dependencies, and make sound, data-informed decisions under
pressure and with incomplete information.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical
or business-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT project management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects
successfully in a digital banking or financial services environment.
- Proven experience delivering projects successfully with limited or incomplete tools and resources.
Requirements
- Mastery of various project management
methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and the ability to adapt them to a continuous
improvement framework.
- A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC).
- Experience identifying and mitigating project risks, both technical and operational.
- Familiarity with financial
regulations and compliance standards in the Philippines (e.g., Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas - BSP) is a
significant plus
