Launch Recruitment Project Manager
You will play a key role in driving software and technology initiatives forward, working across the full delivery lifecycle and helping teams stay aligned, focused and moving towards successful outcomes. This role will suit a pragmatic and adaptable Project Manager who can balance structure with flexibility, navigate changing priorities and build strong relationships across the business.

Salary: Up to $160,000 + super
Role type: 3 days in the office per week once established
Requirements:
- 6+ years Project Management experience delivering software or technology projects
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technology delivery environments
- Experience working closely with development teams, including developers, business analysts, testers and technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, with the ability to work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to manage projects through ambiguity, evolving requirements and changing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks and delivery timelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and translate complex information into actionable outcomes
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of software and technology projects, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, timelines, risks and dependencies
- Work closely with development teams and business stakeholders to coordinate delivery activities and maintain alignment
- Establish clear project plans, milestones and reporting to support effective delivery
- Identify and manage risks, issues and blockers to keep projects progressing
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business areas to ensure shared understanding and alignment
- Support effective Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement across projects
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on key business outcomes
