Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Organise, manage, and lead multiple project implementations in a fast-paced IT environment across multiple functional teams.
• Defining and manage large-scale project proposals and plans.
• Execute to plan and deliver within budget and on time.

Requirements:

• Overall experience of a minimum of 8 to 12 years.
• Excellent client management skills (5+ years of experience in a client-facing role and a minimum of 2+ years of experience managing clients). Extensive experience in project/program management, resource requirements and resource management.
• Define a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones and activities, and manage project delivery according to that plan.
• Experience in managing change requests, prioritisation and configuration in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent understanding of process management, improvement practices, change management processes, and operational services.
• Experience managing multiple clients and a global client base with strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM processes.
• Experience leading teams located in multiple regions would be an added advantage.
• Excellent articulation skills and should be a master of proactive communication and negotiation skills.
• Should act as an efficient bridge between the client and the delivery team and track the project.
• Should be able to create impressive reports for external and internal stakeholders to manage perception and raise timely escalations.
• Ensuring project quality control and assurance standards are met when delivering the project.
• Project estimation and handling pre-sales calls when required.

Candidate requirements:

• Candidates from premier institutes are preferred.
• Managing and technically anchoring the team, including their task scheduling, rating and management.
• Tracking and reviewing the team's performance by conducting periodic reviews for all areas and ensuring they adhere to the delivery schedule and other objectives.
