Project Manager (Life & Health Reinsurance):

Responsibilities:

- Lead complex, cross-functional projects and business change initiatives, preferably within the (re)insurance or financial services industry.

- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions and decisions (RAID).

- Coordinate multiple teams, workstreams and stakeholders across a complex matrix organization.

- Drive project governance, progress tracking, status reporting and timely decision-making.

- Identify delivery blockers, resolve issues and escalate risks with clear recommendations and solutions.

- Deliver business transformation, operational change and data-related initiatives effectively.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate discussions and ensure accountability across teams.

- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.

Skills:

- 7+ years of experience in project management, leading complex projects and change initiatives.

- Strong hands-on experience in project planning, delivery management, milestone tracking, RAID management, governance and reporting.

- Life & Health reinsurance experience is highly preferred.

- Experience in (re)insurance, financial services, business transformation, operational change or data-driven initiatives.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and influencing skills.

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and competing priorities in a matrix organization.

- Proven ability to drive accountability and decisions without direct authority.

- Strong problem-solving, risk management and organizational skills.

- Project or change management certifications such as PMP, PROSCI or Scrum are an advantage
