  • Developing and implementing detailed project plans, schedules and budgets
  • Coordinating and managing the activities of project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety standards and quality requirements
  • Communicating regularly with clients, stakeholders and management to provide updates and resolve issues
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions
  • Mentoring and developing junior members of the project team

What we're looking for

  • Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Deputy Project Manager or Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations and safety requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior team members
