Salary: $109.38 hour inc super (7.25 hour day/36.25 week)
• Berrinba location with Hybrid WFH
• Contract until 30/06/2027, with possible extension
• $109.38 per hour inc super or plus GST, based on a 7.25 hour day and 36.25 hour week
Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland Government department to recruit an AO8 Project Manager for a major program.
Working within the Program Office, this role will manage the program’s knowledge management framework, document control processes, evidence repositories and governance registers. You will ensure key documentation, decisions and project outputs are accurate, accessible and retained in line with governance and assurance requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing knowledge management and document control processes
• Maintaining evidence repositories, governance registers and decision records
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, reports and governance documentation
• Monitoring milestones, risks, budgets and project performance
• Supporting governance bodies with accurate reporting and clear decision traceability
• Coordinating stakeholders and improving the consistency and accessibility of program information
To be successful, you will have:
• Strong project management experience within a Program Office, complex program or highly governed environment
• Experience delivering projects involving knowledge management, information management, records management, document control or governance
• Experience maintaining governance registers, evidence repositories or controlled project documentation
• Strong project planning, monitoring, reporting and risk management experience
• Australian working rights and a current C class driver licence
Highly desirable:
• Queensland Government or similarly regulated environment experience
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or MSP certification
• Business change or process modelling experience
• Familiarity with document or records management platforms
