POSITION PURPOSE
The Project Manager – Semiconductor Projects (MEP) will be responsible for the successful end-to-end MEP execution of semiconductor facilities within the Listenlights Semiconductor & Pharma Vertical, including fabrication plants (fabs), ATMP/OSAT units and ancillary buildings. The role owns the complete project lifecycle—from project kickoff through planning, vendor and subcontractor coordination, construction, testing and commissioning, cleanroom certification and final handover.
The incumbent will lead site teams and own scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety outcomes, while ensuring the seamless delivery of cleanroom HVAC, process utilities, gas and chemical distribution, and electrical and ELV systems with the documentation discipline expected by global semiconductor clients.
WHY JOIN LISTENLIGHTS?
At Listenlights, you'll work on some of the most complex and mission-critical semiconductor facility projects in the region. We offer an environment that encourages innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. If you are passionate about delivering engineering excellence and creating lasting value for customers, this is an opportunity to be part of a team shaping the future of critical infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
