Performance Objectives

• Define the outcome, scope, and success measures for each initiative so cross-functional partners know what “done” looks like before work starts.
• Build and run a living plan that hits committed milestones, surfaces risk early, and keeps quality, cost, and schedule in balance.
• Lead weekly decision forums that close open issues within agreed windows and keep design, engineering, operations, and retail aligned.
• Track delivery against plan and publish a concise status leaders can act on, including trade-offs and recommended next steps.
• Recover slipped work by resetting priorities, reallocating effort, and confirming a revised path that still protects the customer experience.
• Capture lessons after each release and fold them into the next plan so the same failure does not repeat.
• Protect confidential work with the same care you give the schedule.

Environment & Resources

You will partner with design, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams on concurrent programs. You will report to a program leader, use shared planning and collaboration tools, and work within an approved budget and supplier commitments. The pace is fast, the details matter, and inclusion is a shared responsibility.

Essential Qualifications

• Several years leading multi-team product or operations programs from kickoff through launch.
• A record of hitting dates without trading away quality or the customer experience.
• Skill at running decision meetings, writing crisp status, and escalating only what needs a decision.
• Comfort managing scope, risk, and dependencies across global partners.
• High integrity with sensitive information and a habit of following through.
• Curiosity about how technology enriches people’s lives, and the ability to explain complex work simply.
