Project Manager (M&E / ACMV)
Responsibilities
- Oversee site operations and project activities, providing leadership and direction to the project team.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and updates to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate and inspect site activities to ensure projects meet the required timeline, specifications, quality standards and budget.
- Lead and execute MEPL / M&E / ACMV projects across A&A and new-build projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and schedule requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Prepare and submit monthly project progress reports in a timely manner.
- Review the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure all site works are carried out in accordance with the approved requirements.
- Manage site organization, manpower planning and workforce deployment.
- Attend and participate in project meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure the site team complies with client requirements, relevant regulations and statutory standards.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEPL / M&E / ACMV projects, preferably within the Commercial / Industrial sectors.
- Experience in ACMV and Electrical works will be an advantage.
- Independent, responsible, meticulous and highly motivated, with good teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with AutoCAD.
