Project Manager (M&E / ACMV)

Responsibilities

Oversee site operations and project activities, providing leadership and direction to the project team.
Manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and updates to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate and inspect site activities to ensure projects meet the required timeline, specifications, quality standards and budget.
Lead and execute MEPL / M&E / ACMV projects across A&A and new-build projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and schedule requirements.
Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Prepare and submit monthly project progress reports in a timely manner.
Review the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure all site works are carried out in accordance with the approved requirements.
Manage site organization, manpower planning and workforce deployment.
Attend and participate in project meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure the site team complies with client requirements, relevant regulations and statutory standards.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEPL / M&E / ACMV projects, preferably within the Commercial / Industrial sectors.
Experience in ACMV and Electrical works will be an advantage.
Independent, responsible, meticulous and highly motivated, with good teamwork and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with AutoCAD.
