ALM Services Technology Group develops end–to–end Web and Mobile Solutions. We work closely with customers usually in long term relations.

We have helped and supported them through various stages of growth. We have built multiple applications for them. We have the core team and know-how in place to help them grow further.
- 7+ years of Project Management experience delivering complex software, data, platform, or technology initiatives.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience driving process improvement, operational excellence, or organizational transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern delivery management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience applying data-driven approaches to delivery management and operational improvement.
- Demonstrated passion for transforming delivery organizations through AI-enabled ways of working, automation, and continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery initiatives involving technical and non-technical teams.
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
