Are you passionate about challenging technical projects and able to maintain a clear overview even when dealing with complex processes? As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you’ll oversee spectacular stage projects from the planning phase through to their successful handover to our clients worldwide.
Job description
- Overall responsibility for planning, managing and supervising projects in the field of stage technology (mechanical and plant engineering)
- Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as serving as the primary point of contact for clients, external partners and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring that technical solutions are implemented in accordance with contracts
- Developing and monitoring schedules, cost estimates and resource plans
- Active opportunity-, risk- and claim-management
- Implementation of error-, problem- and crisis-management measures
- Managing installation and commissioning in close collaboration with the relevant departments
- Organizing and coordinating staffing plans for installation and commissioning in collaboration with the relevant department
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, quality and environmental standards at construction sites
- Conducting regular project reviews and preparing status reports
- Willingness to spend extended periods abroad during project execution, particularly during the installation and commissioning phases on-site.
- Responsibility for final acceptance, project handover and support during the warranty period
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (from a technical university or university of applied sciences) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or comparable technical training (e.g. HTL with relevant professional experience)
- At least 5 years of experience in project management for large-scale technical projects, ideally in plant engineering, material handling or comparable industries
- Passion for specialized technical solutions and an interest in the world of stage technology
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Business-level proficiency in English; German and other foreign languages are a plus
- Training in occupational safety is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 100%) and to stay at the project site for extended periods

For this position, we offer an attractive all-in salary starting at € 5.700,00 gross per month. The final salary will be determined personally during the interview process.
