Job Description: Project Manager (Qatar)
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience.
At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager handling similar or related projects.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in accordance with defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and local regulations in Qatar.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, change requests, and approvals effectively.
Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Preferred:
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience working in Qatar or the GCC region.
