Project Manager (Maintainance Performance Applications) | Immediate Start | Perth (On-site)

We’re partnering with a major asset-intensive organisation to deliver a new software application that will modernise telemetry data management and delay accounting across multiple operational sites.

This is a high-impact program with real visibility—ideal for a Project Manager who’s comfortable navigating ambiguity, shaping scope with stakeholders, and driving delivery from discovery through rollout.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a digital product across multiple sites/asset bases (discovery → build → implementation → adoption).
  • Work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering and technology teams to align priorities and keep delivery moving.
  • Turn emerging requirements into a clear delivery roadmap, milestones and governance.
  • Manage project budget, resourcing, delivery partners, risks, dependencies and change impacts.
  • Support testing, deployment, training and change management to ensure adoption and sustainable outcomes.
  • Provide clear, confident communication and reporting to senior stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects across technology/digital products, operational systems, or business process change.
  • Strong stakeholder management across diverse groups (technical + non-technical).
  • Confident working through evolving scope and ambiguity with sound judgement and practical decision-making.
  • Experience in mining/heavy industry/asset-intensive environments pertinent.
  • Exposure to telemetry, data products, event detection, operational technology, or delay accounting is desirable.
  • Project management qualification (or equivalent practical experience) essential.
What’s on offer
  • Immediate start
  • Contract opportunity (Perth-based, on-site with occasional site travel as required)
  • Work on a product with genuine operational impact across the business
