About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager, Marketing Operations to support the daily operating rhythm of a marketing team focused on customer acquisition across two business segments.

This role is responsible for coordinating recurring meetings, tracking action items, consolidating status updates, and ensuring cross-functional initiatives remain organized and on schedule.

You will work closely with senior marketing leadership and regional campaign teams, providing structure, visibility, and consistent follow-through across parallel workstreams.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within Marketing Operations, and can contribute immediately with minimal supervision.

Clear, proactive, and consistent communication is essential. You must be able to translate discussions into actionable summaries, maintain reliable follow-up, and ensure stakeholders remain aligned.

This is an operational project management role, not a campaign strategy or hands-on campaign execution position.

Why This Opportunity?

  • Work remotely with cross-functional marketing and operations teams.

  • Collaborate directly with senior marketing leadership and regional stakeholders.

  • Coordinate important meetings, reporting processes, and operational initiatives.

  • Help improve team efficiency, communication, and accountability.

  • Enjoy scheduling flexibility for strong candidates.

What You'll Do

Project Management & Meeting Coordination

  • Coordinate recurring meetings, including senior leadership revenue reviews, cross-functional alignment sessions, and weekly status updates.

  • Prepare agendas, document decisions, identify action owners, and track commitments through completion.

  • Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, and status reports.

  • Communicate progress, deadlines, dependencies, and outstanding priorities clearly.

  • Ensure consistent follow-through on action items and deliverables.

Marketing Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate parallel workstreams supporting customer acquisition initiatives across two regional marketing teams.

  • Consolidate weekly updates from regional campaign leads.

  • Identify duplicated efforts, delays, dependencies, and operational gaps.

  • Track campaign progress at an operational level without directly managing campaign strategy or execution.

  • Support coordination between marketing and sales teams when handoff issues arise.

  • Maintain clear visibility into priorities, progress, and next steps.

Process Improvement & Operational Support

  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows, meeting cadence, and reporting processes.

  • Help coordinate stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

  • Distinguish immediate fixes from longer-term process improvements.

  • Maintain organized documentation and follow-up systems.

  • Recommend practical improvements to team communication and operational coordination.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, project coordination, marketing operations, sales operations, or a related role.

  • Experience coordinating recurring meetings, tracking action items, and managing follow-ups.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, structured, and actionable updates.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.

  • Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams without losing track of priorities.

  • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Ability to identify operational issues and proactively follow through on resolutions.

  • Experience using digital collaboration or project tracking tools.

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities.

  • Strong professional English proficiency.

  • Availability for 40 hours per week preferred, with flexibility for exceptional candidates available for at least 30 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting Marketing Operations teams, particularly customer acquisition or demand generation initiatives.

  • Familiarity with marketing campaign workflows and reporting processes.

  • Experience coordinating distributed or regional teams.

  • General familiarity with marketing tools or project management platforms.

  • Experience improving meeting coordination, operational reporting, or team workflows.

  • Availability aligned with U.S. Central Time business hours.

Note: Hands-on CRM administration, marketing automation expertise, and Quickbase experience are not required.

How Success Is Measured

  • Recurring meetings are well-organized, documented, and followed through consistently.

  • Decisions, action items, and deadlines are clearly tracked.

  • Regional teams remain aligned on priorities and progress.

  • Weekly status updates are accurate, timely, and easy to understand.

  • Operational bottlenecks and duplicated efforts are identified early.

  • Marketing and sales handoff issues are coordinated toward resolution.

  • Senior leadership receives reliable visibility into ongoing work without needing to manage daily logistics.

Why Join Us?

  • $2,167–$2,667 USD/month compensation.

  • Fully remote opportunity from Colombia, Mexico, or Chile.

  • Preferred 40-hour workweek, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.

  • Direct collaboration with senior marketing leadership and regional teams.

  • Opportunity to contribute to customer acquisition operations across multiple business segments.

  • Meaningful ownership of team coordination, reporting, and operational improvements.

Important Notes

This is a Marketing Operations coordination role, not a marketing strategy, paid media, or campaign execution position.

Candidates should demonstrate strong organization, structured communication, reliable follow-through, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams independently.

Marketing Operations experience is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with marketing tools is a plus; hands-on CRM or marketing automation experience is not required.

Clear and consistent communication is non-negotiable.

The preferred schedule is 40 hours per week, with flexibility for exceptional candidates who can commit to at least 30 hours per week. Central Time alignment is preferred, but other time zones may be considered.
