Project Manager - McLeod Physician Associates
Responsibilities:

Facilitates and leads various projects including but not limited to practice expansions, acquisitions, onboarding and renovations
Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
Serves as a key part of the management team, participates in strategic and operational planning at the leadership level and assessing and developing service line business activities.
In collaboration with MPA Quality and Safety, provides leadership to drive work for clinical improvement and service enhancement. Implements organizational optimization processes and acts as a support for Quality
Improvement and Patient Safety initiatives, as directed.
Facilitates statistical analysis and research methodologies that compare service line’s processes and outcomes with appropriate benchmarks.
Exercises creative approaches to operational problem solving. Deals with conflict and problematic situations in an open and tactful manner, respecting the dignity of others.
Builds trust-based, collaborative relationships with physicians and other health system partners.
Provides analysis for financial processes for service line-related activities and provides data to the service line management team to initiate change as appropriate and to improve performance.

Qualifications:
1-2 years of project management experience is preferred
3-5 years of practice management experience is desired
Healthcare quality improvement experience.
Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to take on a variety of different tasks without becoming overwhelmed.
