Project Manager (MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL)
Summary
Oversee mechanical and electrical system projects in Singapore, coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely, safe delivery while managing budgets and site operations.
Minimum - 5 years experience
Job Description :
- Responsible for all the execution of contracts progress
- To design mechanical & electrical system
- Monitor site progress as well as liaises with Clients, Consultants, main contractor, Subcontractors & authorities to ensure efficient and timely delivery assignment
- Report the site progress & site issue to Project Director / Project General Manager / Senior Project Manager
- To attend meetings & daily briefing at site
- To guide & supervise Engineers / Assistant Engineers / Supervisors
- To check drawings & prepare relevant schedule
- To prepare check sub-contractor’s progress claim and prepare quotation
- To monitor & supervise work progression, Quality Control & ensure that safety regulation is observed.
- To perform testing and commissioning at work site
- Maintain proper record for M&E issue
- To involve in Tender
Requirements :
-Diploma or Degree in Mechanical & Electrical
- Min. 5 years’ mechanical & electrical system design knowledge
- Good site management, budget control & supervision skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong Knowledge of M&E installation, architecture, structure & M&E local construction practices &
authorities requirement
- Knowledge in Microsoft & Autocad
