| Project Manager - Mechanical (Brownfield Experience) | 5 | Negotiable | The Brownfield Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing modification and upgrade projects within operating oil & gas facilities. The role ensures the safe delivery of projects while maintaining ongoing production and complying with HSE, quality, cost, and schedule requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage brownfield projects from FEED through construction and commissioning. - Coordinate with operations to ensure safe SIMOPS and minimal production impact. - Control project scope, cost, schedule, and risks. - Lead contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams. - Ensure compliance with HSE standards, MOC, and permit-to-work systems. - Support shutdown and turnaround planning and execution. Qualifications & Experience: - Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical). - Proven experience in brownfield oil & gas projects or operating facilities. - Strong knowledge of HSE and project management practices. |
