Project Manager Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (m/f/d)

Würth Phoenix Group is seeking a Project Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to lead national and international ERP initiatives. You will coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners, shaping the team as it grows into a Business Central Team leader.

The role requires deep knowledge of business processes, strong leadership, and ability to drive standardization across the Würth Group. Hybrid work model and international project exposure are offered.

Support and advise Würth Group companies in the implementation and development of Dynamics 365 BC. Analyze and optimize business processes across Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse Management. Gather, evaluate, and translate business requirements into functional solutions. Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or comparable qualification. Several years of experience as ERP Consultant, Project Manager, or Key User.
