About the role
We are looking to hire a Project Manager with experience in managing technological projects, preferably software development, to join the Technology department of an important multinational company.
The selected person will be responsible for coordinating different projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the fulfillment of established objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
What you'll do
- Manage several technological projects simultaneously, guaranteeing the fulfillment of deadlines and objectives.
- Define the scope of the projects, establish milestones, and manage client requirements.
- Coordinate technical teams and facilitate communication with different stakeholders.
- Supervise project progress, prepare monitoring reports, and propose adjustments when necessary.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage risks and incidents during project development.
- Perform project governance and economic monitoring.
- Foster collaboration and coordination between multidisciplinary teams.
What we're looking for
- Minimum experience of 6-7 years in the required professional field.
- Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager, managing software development projects.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft.NET and Azure technologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps.
- Experience in project governance and economic monitoring.
- Leadership, organization, and coordination capacity for multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
What you'll get
- Location: Madrid.
- Hybrid modality: initially, 3 days in-person per week in the office.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 19:00 h, with one hour for lunch, and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 h.
