Project Manager – Microsoft Technology & Transformation

We are looking for two experienced Project Managers to join an established Australian Microsoft consultancy, with opportunities available on either a permanent or long-term contract basis.

This is a 100% remote role and you can be based anywhere in Australia.

You'll manage multiple client projects concurrently, delivering technology transformation across the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

Projects will vary and may include new application implementations, migrations, system replacements, cloud transformation and modernisation.

This isn't about being a technical specialist in one Microsoft product.

We're looking for accomplished technology Project Managers who understand the journey involved in taking customers from existing or legacy environments through to new applications, systems and platforms.

What You'll Be Doing -

• Manage multiple client projects concurrently from initiation through to delivery.
• Lead application, system, cloud and technology transformation projects.
• Own project planning, scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate technical and functional delivery teams.
• Manage customer stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, governance and status reporting.
• Manage scope changes, risks and issues.
• Ensure projects deliver against agreed commercial and customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For -

• You'll have a strong track record delivering technology transformation projects, particularly new systems, application implementations, migrations, modernisation or significant technology change.
• Experience within a technology consultancy, systems integrator or professional services environment will be highly regarded.
• You'll be comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments. PRINCE2, PMP or similar certification is advantageous but not essential.
• Crucially, you'll be comfortable managing multiple customers, projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Communication is Critical - This is a highly client-facing consultancy role, so your written and verbal communication skills must be exceptional.
• You'll be polished, organised and confident communicating with technical teams through to senior customer stakeholders, with the ability to keep multiple moving projects firmly under control.
