Project Manager (Mid/Senior)
- Requirements & Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and translate product roadmaps into well-defined requirements and managed backlogs.
- Agile & Scrum Support: Support Scrum teams in achieving sprint goals, facilitate communication, and assist in coordinating team activities and task assignments.
- Release Management: Assist in planning product releases and setting clear expectations for the delivery of new features.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor milestones, track project progress, and report status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Risk & Change Management: Identify potential bottlenecks or risks for escalation and support the management of changes within the project scope.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Gather feedback and ensure alignment across various departments and external stakeholders.
- Executive Support: Assist with specialized project tasks as required by company executives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or relevant.
- Basic understanding of AI technologies and web development frameworks; familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum); experience with sprint ceremonies is a significant plus.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with strong presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong critical thinking abilities to assist in project estimation and resource planning.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
- A background or knowledge in UX/UI design or development.
