Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team of professionals.
- Independently manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality are achieved.
- Engage with clients to clarify project goals, requirements, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, selecting and applying suitable methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including internal staff, contractors, and vendors, to deliver agreed outcomes on time and within budget.
- Identify and assess risks, issues, and dependencies; define mitigation and contingency plans, and ensure they are implemented.
- Monitor project progress against plan and provide clear, regular status reporting to stakeholders (scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues).
- Maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, timelines, budgets, decisions, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and relevant compliance or contractual requirements.
- Participate in selection, onboarding, and management of vendors and contractors, tracking their performance and resolving delivery issues.
- Plan and coordinate testing and quality assurance activities to confirm that deliverables meet customer requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams, resolving conflicts and misalignment where needed.
- Completed university degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end IT project delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands-on experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience in project resource management, including planning, allocation, coordination, and tracking of project resources and efforts.
- Clear ownership and accountability for project delivery goals and KPIs, including timelines and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining structure, prioritization, and focus.
- Solution‑oriented, proactive mindset with demonstrated project leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English (professional working proficiency).
- Experience delivering projects in the Life Sciences / Healthcare domain.
- Experience managing projects in Data & AI environments, such as:
- data platforms or data factories;
- analytics, AI/ML, or data engineering initiatives.
- Experience with infrastructure or IT foundation projects, for example:
- Microsoft infrastructure;
- cloud or hybrid environments.
- Good understanding of technical terminology, enabling effective communication with engineering and technical teams.
- Experience working in international, distributed, or cross‑functional teams.
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- English: B2 / C1 level.
- Hybrid work model.
- The role requires working in EST business hours (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST).
