Job Overview
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction project activities, ensuring effective project execution and coordination across site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate project activities from commencement to completion.
- Monitor project progress, resources, and site activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, site, and project teams.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out according to project requirements.
- Address project-related issues and support timely resolutions.
- Monitor project timelines and overall progress.
- Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc in Civil Engineering with Chartered qualification.
- Corporate Membership of IESL is required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in building, highway, or road construction.
- Minimum 15 years of total post-graduation work experience.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Kandy, Trincomalee, or Anuradhapura.
- Willingness to work on a shutdown basis.
