The role
Own the cross-functional projects that keep the business moving — marketplace, new products, growth channels, supply chain, compliance, legal. You spot where a process is missing and build it, turn a messy multi-party problem into a plan with clear owners and dates, and drive it to done without being chased.
What you'll do
Run several cross-functional projects in parallel, from kickoff to done
Launch new growth channels: marketplaces, geographies, retail and social commerce partners
Drive new product launches across teams timelines, dependencies, handoffs
Source and manage external contractors: lawyers, certification bodies, agencies
Push product compliance certifications through to approval
Own recurring operational and financial reporting
Build internal tools, SOPs and docs that make the whole team faster
Who we're looking for
Proven track record running multiple projects at once, fully independently
Systems thinker you build SOPs from scratch, not just follow them
Operations background, ideally with finance exposure
Advanced Google Sheets you build real tools, not just fill in cells
High urgency and ownership, detail-obsessed, nothing needs chasing
Fluent English
Nice to have: e-commerce or Amazon background, compliance certifications, confident with Notion and AI tools.
