The role
Own the cross-functional projects that keep the business moving — marketplace, new products, growth channels, supply chain, compliance, legal. You spot where a process is missing and build it, turn a messy multi-party problem into a plan with clear owners and dates, and drive it to done without being chased.
What you'll do
- Run several cross-functional projects in parallel, from kickoff to done
- Launch new growth channels: marketplaces, geographies, retail and social commerce partners
- Drive new product launches across teams — timelines, dependencies, handoffs
- Source and manage external contractors: lawyers, certification bodies, agencies
- Push product compliance certifications through to approval
- Own recurring operational and financial reporting
- Build internal tools, SOPs and docs that make the whole team faster
Who we're looking for
- Proven track record running multiple projects at once, fully independently
- Systems thinker — you build SOPs from scratch, not just follow them
- Operations background, ideally with finance exposure
- Advanced Google Sheets — you build real tools, not just fill in cells
- High urgency and ownership, detail-obsessed, nothing needs chasing
- Fluent English
Nice to have: e-commerce or Amazon background, compliance certifications, confident with Notion and AI tools.
