The role will manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, from concept development and scope definition through to procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. Projects scope may include may include a variety of disciplines including workplace refurbishments, building fabric repairs, and Mechanical & Electrical installations.
The successful candidate will have a broad construction project management background combined with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
