Project Manager - Murex / Capital Markets
Summary
This role involves managing end-to-end Murex and capital markets projects, overseeing planning, implementation, and stakeholder coordination. The project manager will ensure successful delivery across front office, middle office, and technology teams using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end Murex / Capital Markets projects from planning to implementation.
- Work closely with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
- Manage SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in Project Management within Capital Markets / Investment Banking.
- Strong experience in Murex / MX.3 implementation or transformation projects.
- Good understanding of Capital Markets products and trade lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile / Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
