About Our Client

Our client is the premier property development arm of a well-established, public-listed conglomerate in Malaysia. Widely recognized for their large-scale industrial parks, vibrant commercial hubs, and integrated township developments, they are expanding their project pipeline and looking for dynamic leaders to drive upcoming iconic developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Oversee and monitor the full lifecycle of project planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to top quality standards.
  • Consultant & Design Management: Lead cross-functional coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants from conceptual design and development through to the tender stage.
  • Site Execution & Timeline Control: Drive on-site progress by managing site teams and subcontractors to eliminate delays and maintain strict master schedules.
  • Authority Liaison: Deal directly with local authorities to manage statutory submissions, building inspections, and secure crucial project development approvals.
  • Cost & Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor costing, and deliver clear, high-level management reports.


Requirements

Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 10+ years of hands-on project management experience within the property development industry.

  • Leadership Track Record: Proven capability to lead and execute complex, large-scale property developments.

  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and contractors).

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong MS Office, email management, and executive data presentation skills.
