Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery and post deployment support.
  
• Manage cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and UI/UX designers.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  
• Ensure technical feasibility and maintain a balance between technical depth and project timelines.
  
• Work closely with development teams using technologies such as.NET (C#), Angular, Python, SQL, etc.
  
• Use Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kan ban) for project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues proactively.
  
• Prepare and present project progress reports to leadership and clients.
  
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.
  
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best engineering practices across teams.
