Project Manager
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Lead end-to-end project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery and post deployment support.
- Manage cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and UI/UX designers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure technical feasibility and maintain a balance between technical depth and project timelines.
- Work closely with development teams using technologies such as .NET (C#), Angular, Python, SQL, etc.
- Use Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues proactively.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to leadership and clients.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best engineering practices across teams.
Requirements
Required Skills-
- Strong hands-on experience with.NET (Core/Framework), Angular (v8+), Python, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
- Understanding of database systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of version control tools like Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Cloud exposure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) will be an added advantage.
