Summary

About the Role
Neotrix Systems is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead and coordinate technology modernization, cloud infrastructure, digital transformation, and enterprise technology initiatives. The role focuses on planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects that align with business objectives, client requirements, and organizational priorities. Project Managers work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery within established scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead projects from initiation through delivery and closeout, ensuring scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and changes.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and performance against agreed targets.
• Manage communication with business, technology, client, vendor, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, planning sessions, and stakeholder updates.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, documentation, and management updates.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, deployment, handover, and closure activities where applicable.
• Support vendor management and ensure third-party deliverables remain aligned with project requirements.
• Support project governance, documentation, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Conduct lessons-learned reviews and identify opportunities to improve project delivery practices, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, or other delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects involving multiple teams, stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivery focus.
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and change management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear project plans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Monday.com, Jira or similar platforms.
