Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project tenders including all required documentation to support project initiation and approval
- Coordinate and deploy site foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to complete projects meeting specifications, quality standards, budget, and deadlines
- Lead meetings and negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project objectives and resolve issues
- Investigate site problems, develop practical solutions, and provide recommendations to management for timely resolution
- Ensure strict adherence to all legal and regulatory safety requirements on site to maintain a safe working environment
- Establish and maintain an effective document control system for design drawings, project documents, and specifications, conducting regular reviews
- Deliver excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Perform additional tasks or assignments as directed by management to support project and organizational goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with AutoCAD software to support project design and documentation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and people management skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage tight schedules with fast turnaround times
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in any Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
