Project Manager
Salary: ฿35,000 – ฿45,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery for Cloud and IT Infrastructure projects, from post-sales handover through implementation, acceptance, and customer handover.
This role is responsible for project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery performance, ensuring projects are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. You will work closely with Project Coordinators, Sales, Presales, Technical Operations, and external stakeholders, including enterprise customers and government.
Key responsibilities:
Own project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to ensure successful delivery in accordance with contractual requirements and agreed objectives.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, dependencies, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Technical Operations, as well as customers, vendors, and government stakeholders.
Control project scope, budget, resources, and quality standards while ensuring deliverables meet agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Identify and assess project risks and issues; develop mitigation plans, resolve delivery obstacles, and escalate critical matters when necessary.
Lead project kick-off and handover from Sales and Presales to delivery teams, ensuring requirements, solution scope, commitments, and responsibilities are clearly understood.
Manage customer expectations, lead project status meetings, and provide clear progress reports and recommendations to management and customers.
Evaluate scope changes, assess their impact on timeline, budget, resources, and contractual commitments, and coordinate approvals with relevant stakeholders.
Oversee deliverables, acceptance testing or inspection, documentation, customer sign-off, and final handover to ensure project completion.
Monitor project costs, budget utilization, billing milestones, payment status, and contractual obligations in coordination with Accounting, Sales, and the Project Coordinator.
About you:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in project management or project delivery within Infra, System Integration (SI), or related technology businesses.
Proven experience managing projects from initiation and planning through implementation, acceptance, and closure.
Strong understanding of project scope, timeline, budget, resource planning, risk management, and change control.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders, including enterprise customers, vendors, and government.
Basic to intermediate understanding of Cloud Services, IT Infrastructure, networking, virtualization, or related technologies, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Odoo, CRM and project tracking and reporting tools.
Experience managing government projects, procurement requirements, and contractual deliverables is an advantage.
